Air pump delete plates are used to eliminate the air pump solenoids that are known for failure on newer models (after 2005 year).
These are fabricated out of aluminium, and come provided with OEM gaskets.
The air pump and/or valves fail on virtually all Subarus at least once during the life of the car.
Blocks off the air injection ports at the cylinder heads.
Saves weight, reduces complexity, cleans up engine compartment - easier to work on.
Kit contents:
- baffles 2pcs
- OEM gaskets (Subaru 14852-AA020 & Subaru 14852-AA030)
