TORBIK Complete wide body kit +55mm for Nissan Patrol Y61, Safari | 5-doors | 1997-2010

A complete reinforced set of wheels arch extensions from Torbik for your Y61 Nissan Patrol / Safari.
The main feature of this kit is that it can be installed without drilling the bodywork. The panels with stiffening ribs are installed on the body and the expansion parts are glued to it.
The intermediate piece and its attachment method reinforce the strength of the adjacent surface, which, in combination with the outer piece, adds to the overall rigidity of the entire structure and increases its damping properties. The method of attachment and the materials used preserve the strength structure of the product.

• X6 Reinforced panels for R/L installation
• X26 Plastic clips
• Glue sealant included
• Fasteners required for installation are included
• Black Rubber sealing T-seal - included in the kit

• Installation without drilling the body
• The width of each arch extender is 55mm / 2.16 inches
• Total body extension (full-face) 110mm / 4.32 inches
• Wheels up to 35″ with ET-25 outreach are allowed without suspension modification.
• Threaded rivet and stainless screws.

Material:
• The base is linear low density polyethylene (LLPDE).

Compatibility notes:
If your Patrol / Safari comes with side moldings, you will need to make modifications and cut out the necessary parts in the wheel arch extenders for a tighter and more technological connection.

LLDPE is stronger than ABS plastic and has a number of advantages over it: its main feature is its super strength, high density, which makes it more resistant to abrasion.
Less susceptible to external influences, both physical and natural.
Due to its structure, it is more resistant to scratches and retains its original appearance for a longer period of time, as well as much less fading in the sun.
