Why are the spacers different heights? You may notice that the physical thickness of the front and rear spacers differs. This is intentional and necessary due to the specific suspension geometry of the Toyota RAV4 [XA20]:

• Variable Lift Coefficients: The suspension linkage ratio (the relationship between spacer thickness and actual lift) is not 1:1 on all axles. A 30mm spacer on one axle may result in a different lift height than a 30mm spacer on another.

• Precision Leveling: We manufacture each component to a specific, calculated height to compensate for these geometric variables. This ensures your vehicle sits perfectly level, maintaining a balanced stance and optimal handling characteristics.

• Final Result: Regardless of individual spacer dimensions, the total net lift for your vehicle will be a uniform +40 mm.

• Plug-and-Play Installation: No additional extended studs are required for the front axle. The spacers come with pre-installed studs, so there is no need to knock the standard factory studs out of the support mounts.
