• Front Axle Installation (Bolts): To accommodate the lift spacers, the original factory bolts in the front struts must be replaced with the high-tensile extended bolts included in the kit. These bolts thread directly into the strut mount to ensure a secure and rigid connection.
• Rear Axle Installation (Studs): This kit requires pressing out the original factory splined studs from the rear upper strut mounts. They must be replaced with the provided reinforced extended studs to ensure sufficient thread engagement and maximum structural integrity.
• Shock Geometry & Extenders (Rear Axle): To maintain the correct suspension travel after lifting, this kit includes rear shock absorber extenders. These are essential for preserving the lifespan of your shocks and ensuring the piston operates within its intended range, preventing "bottoming out" on uneven roads.
• Note on Rear Spacer Design: To achieve the stated +30mm of actual lift, the kit utilizes a combination of 20mm rear coil spacers and 20mm shock extenders. The geometry is precisely calculated to account for the suspension leverage and the replacement of factory isolators, resulting in a balanced 30mm height increase across all axles.
• Installation Note (Rear Axle): Important: The factory rubber spring isolators (gaskets) must be removed before installing the new spacers. Our spacers are designed to replace the factory isolators entirely, not to be installed on top of them.
• Lift Height Disclaimer: Please note that the final lift height may vary depending on the individual condition and service life of your vehicle's suspension. Factors such as spring fatigue, engine weight (petrol vs. diesel), and the presence of heavy optional equipment can influence the final result.
