At the time of the launch of the 3rd generation Nissan Navara under the code D23, the vehicles were not sold in the U.S. or Canada, because a larger third-generation D41 was introduced under the Frontier name, and the updated D23 body was introduced in countries primarily in Latin America. For the U.S. and Canadian markets, a different Nissan Frontier concept was introduced with the D41 body (take note).
