In 2011, Honda, in collaboration with Mugen, unveiled a refreshed eighth-generation Civic in the FD body. What makes it unique is that it was produced in a limited run of just 26 units and was released as the Civic FD 2.0 S Mugen Limited Edition. The most notable detail of the release was the authentic Mugen sports front grille, which featured a unique design.
This grille replicates the original exterior design as closely as possible, allowing your car to stand out among standard Civic models.

• Model Year: Compatible only with 2008–2011 Facelift models. The grille is not compatible with Pre-Facelift models (2005–2008).
• Bumper Compatibility: This grille is specifically designed for the stock facelift bumper only. It is not compatible with the FD2 Type-R bumper or the Acura CSX bumper, as they feature a completely different geometric shape.
• Market Specifics: Please note that this front grille is only compatible with the European “EDM” and Japanese “JDM” versions of the eighth-generation Civic, also known as the Global version: FD body for the sedan.
• ⚠️ Important Restriction: The grille is not compatible with the American “USDM” eighth-generation Honda Civic in FG coupe / FA sedan bodies.

This is an industrial-grade product developed using professional high-precision methods, including 3D scanning and CNC-machined master tooling. This ensures consistent factory-grade geometry and a precise fit for every part. Unlike "homemade" fiberglass parts, our ABS plastic guarantees durability and a clean, professional appearance.

Durability and weather resistance:
The material is impact-resistant and does not crack at sub-zero temperatures, ensuring a long service life even in harsh winter conditions. For maximum durability, a paint that protects the surface from UV radiation is required.

Surface and finish:
The grille is supplied unpainted. The plastic surface may have minor surface scratches resulting from the manufacturing process; these will not affect the final appearance. The product requires professional priming and painting. Use without priming and painting is not recommended—do not skip this step.

• Style Guide: For the best look, paint the grille base to match your Civic’s body color, and use Gloss or Satin Black for the "honeycomb" mesh and top bar.

• Use the original mounting bolts. They fit directly into the standard mounting points.
• Pro Tip: If your bumper's geometry is slightly off due to age, use 3M double-sided automotive tape on the lower section for a perfectly flush fit.

Once the grille is installed, you can drive the car right away. However, be sure to allow the paint finish to cure fully for best results.
