This cut out made for oem fenders, and some aftermarket fenders.
Adjustable top piece to match oem lines, or to pull fender out.

Some about installation:

Cutting and drilling of fender is required, NOT direct bolt on. 
The product is unpainted. Therefore can have small scratches and pimples. Use without coating or painting is not provided.
